At The Heights Fellowship, we value community and connection. While we did not author it, we often say that a church has to grow larger and smaller at the same time. We achieve this through our LIFE Group Ministry.<\/p>\n Our Groups are built around the 242 Principle. Which originates from the truths of Acts 2:42:<\/p>\n The 242 Principle is Fellowship Focused, Study Centered, and Prayer and People Passioned. Notice that they devoted themselves to: THF Groups provide people the opportunity to intimately be a part of a close-knit group of Christ-followers. Simultaneously, it is a safe-zone to share experiences, to search for Biblical answers, and to pursue spiritual projects together. In a Group, a person will have a support group for times in life where they’re hurting, lonely, or rejoicing. Our hope is that each adult in our fellowship will connect to God’s Word while connecting relationally to others in a\u00a0 LIFEGroup.<\/p>\n THF will NOT<\/strong> be offering on-site childcare. In place of our on-site childcare we are offering a childcare reimbursement for our LG families. LIFEGroups can take advantage of reimbursement by hiring their own childcare provider and requesting reimbursement online. An added perk of having off-site childcare is that LIFEGroups can meet any day of the week instead of the traditional Sunday and Wednesday nights.<\/p>\n Groups can choose to hire a sitter\/sitters for the entire LIFEGroup or parents can each choose to hire their own sitter and request reimbursement individually.<\/p>\n Reimbursement Rates: <\/span><\/strong><\/span>$10 per child, per hour (maximum of two hours) for children 6 weeks thru 5th grade<\/p>\n Family Example<\/strong>: 3 kids @ $10 per child, per hour= $60 reimbursed to parents<\/p>\n Group Example<\/strong>: 8 kids @ $10 per child, per hour= $160 reimbursed to group (1 sitter= $160, 2 sitters, $80 per sitter)<\/p>\n Click here to fill out the reimbursement form<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Requirements for Approval<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n All parents must be in attendance at a THF LIFEGroup for the date\/dates being submitted.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n All groups are responsible for hiring and paying for their own childcare.<\/p>\n All approved reimbursement requests can be submitted weekly or monthly. and MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN THE 10TH OF THE FOLLOWING MONTH\u00a0<\/strong>for the prior month’s sessions.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Check out our current LifeGroups!<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" LIFE Groups: Get in the game!
