WHO: Adults who want to partner with THF Student Ministry to champion the next generation.
WHAT: Be a watchful and secure presence throughout the building. Fan club members will have an assigned zone to watch over.
WHEN:Once a month on Wednesday nights, 6:15-8:30 pm. We need to fill four spots per week.
WHERE:The Heights Fellowship
WHY:We have a good problem to solve! We have almost 100 students in the building on Wednesdays and need to grow our team. We want to free up small group leaders to be relational and get ready to lead each week. The THF Student Fan Club will allow small group leaders to meet with students, have intentional conversations, pray before the service, and continue building connections after small group time. We also want to continue building a team of adults around the students who will greet them with a handshake or high five and learn their names. Research shows that the more adults a teenager knows at church, the greater their likelihood of continuing their faith journey after high school.
