This is an updated version of the waiver from youth camp!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-lg-font-size\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\">A <strong>medical waiver for The Heights Fellowship<\/strong>. I need to know if your student has any dietary restrictions or if they are bringing prescription medications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-lg-font-size\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\">A <strong>general waiver for iGo Global<\/strong>.
